When confronted was very dismissive and called his supervisor, who didn't apologies but just offered vouchers for the way he spoke to me. This is where 'supervisor' need to wake up and smell the coffee... Not everyone complains because they want a freebie! I can comfortably buy my own drink
Very very disappointed...
If I could rate zero stars I would however I can't so the 1 star isn't a true reflection of how I feel.
